Statement on colour representation on this website – Actual fabric/product colours may vary from those shown on your device. You should satisfy yourself that the colour(s) displayed meet your requirements prior to making a purchase. Samples may be provided for a small charge.
Discontinued fabrics – Suppliers do not always inform us when a fabric or specific colourway in a range is withdrawn. Therefore, it is possible that some fabrics displayed on the site may no longer be available. In this instance, Crescent Upholstery will offer an alternative of equal or greater value than the original order, or a full refund. Out of stock – fabrics are continually going out of stock at suppliers for varying periods. A fabric being out of stock for a short period would not normally be accepted as a legitimate reason request a refund. If your chosen fabric is not available we will contact you to discuss how to proceed.
Virtually all our products are created to your specific order & estimated delivery timescales are subject to fabrics & other materials being in stock at our suppliers. You will be informed by e mail of any resulting delays. All our products have clear dimensions & it is your responsibility to ensure that furniture/large pieces pass freely through doors, passageways, stairs, corners or turns.

Some UK postcodes may take slightly longer to deliver & heavier items may attract additional charges. We do not accept online orders for delivery outside the UK. Please enquire with regard to International delivery for cushions, footstools & chairs under 20 kg. NB – under these terms Guernsey (GY) & Jersey (JE) postcodes are regarded as International destinations. You may organise your own carrier – but possible loss/damage while in transit would be at your own risk.
Returns (excluding Made to Order)
The overwhelming majority of our products are made to your specific order in our workshop (see ‘Made to Order’ below). This is clearly stated in the Product Description. In the limited instances where the product(s) are not made to order, you may return them if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. It/they should be returned unused, in the original packaging & in the condition in which you received them. Do not return anything without prior agreement. We cannot refund the return delivery charge & are not responsible for loss/damage during the return.
Made to Order
Under the distance selling regulations we are not liable to accept returns or give refunds for any item that is made to your specific order (bespoke). If the product(s) is/are ‘Made to Order’ it is clearly stated in the Product Description. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to any products that are faulty or not as described. All products are fully inspected before dispatch. Faults must be notified, with images, within 48 hours in writing or by email. In the unlikely event of an issue, we will endeavour to resolve it to our mutual satisfaction as quickly as possible.
Crescent Upholstery only collects data needed for the shipping of goods purchased on this website. This includes names, addresses, telephone numbers & email addresses – but not credit card or bank information. No data is sold or shared with other businesses/companies.
